Description: This feature class has been created by the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment (MBIE) Resource Markets geospatial team. It is intended to be published as part of a group layer containing Relationship Agreements, Energy and Resources Accords, and Crown Minerals Protocols data. This feature class contains Energy and Resources Accords only. Crown Minerals Protocols and Relationship Agreements are published separately. Boundaries for the accords included in this layer have been sourced from a Waikato Regional Council dataset. The accords in this feature class may need to be updated as required. Boundaries are subject to a margin of error of a few hundred metres, given that the Waikato Regional Council provided boundaries have been georeferenced from fairly low-resolution PDF scans of maps. Issues with the boundaries not aligning perfectly with the current coastline or cadastre are also present. This feature class and the data contained within are managed by the NZP&M Geospatial Team.
