These areas have been incorporated by reference in the Programme for both the Minerals Programme for Petroleum 2025 (Petroleum Programme), and the Minerals Programme for Minerals (Excluding Petroleum) 2025 (Minerals Programme).As much as possible, the feature class was created by querying the <a href='https://data.linz.govt.nz/layer/51571-nz-parcels/' target='_blank'>LINZ NZ Parcels</a> and <a href='https://doc-deptconservation.opendata.arcgis.com/datasets/72354ba9bf7a4706af3fdfe60f86eea1_0/explore?location=-39.730732%2C-7.551291%2C5.85' target='_blank'>DOC Public Conservation Land</a> layers, using the parameters laid out in the areas incorporated by reference in the Petroleum Programme.
